Unregistered Silver & Red Quasar

Built for Clive Sherwood by John Malfoy from parts bought from the receivers at the end of '82

Originally loaned by Clive to the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, and subsequently sold to them.

Used in the intro to the BBC TV programme Top Gear, featuring ten minutes of FFs, broadcast on 14th April 1988

The Quasar was destroyed in the fire that gutted the museum in 2003.
